US President cancel peace talks with Taliban

US President Donald Trump has announced to cancel peace talks with Afghanistan Taliban leaders in wake of recent attack in Kabul that killed an American soldier and eleven other people.

In a tweet, Trump said if the Taliban cannot agree to a cease fire during these very important peace talks, it means they probably do not have the power to negotiate a meaningful agreement any way.

President Trump said he had planned a secret meeting with the Taliban’s major leaders at Camp David on Sunday.

He had also planned to meet with Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani.
