Now Exposed: The Sindh Building Control Authority has issued fake compilation certificates to legalize illegal constructions in Karachi.
The Anti-Corruption raided the Jamshed Town Sub-Registrar’s office, issuing sub-leases on fake certificates and arresting two staff members.
The East Zone Anti-Corruption raided Jamshed Town’s Sub-Registrar’s office and detained two staff, including the offeror. According to officials, the accused are engaged in issuing Sindh Building Control Authority’s sub-lease of illegal parts on false construction certificates.
A preliminary inquiry disclosed that the officers of the Sindh Building Control Authority, as well as the builders engaged in the investigation, are engaged in the forgery.
The Anti-Corruption Establishment has brought a case against the sub-registrar and other employees. Investigations will be performed with SBCA Jamshed Town officers in the second stage.
