Rangers/police honored by Karachi traders for making peace in the city

To honor the police and Rangers for establishing peace in Karachi, All Iron Steel Merchants Association and All City Traders Alliance organized the Bahar-e-Aman program in which Governor Sindh, Karachi Police Chief and business community, including citizens, participated in a large number.

Governor Sindh Imran Ismail paid homage to law enforcement agencies in addressing the ceremony. Ghulam Nabi Memon, Chief of the Karachi Police, said it was our responsibility to remember the martyred staff and officers.

President All City Tajir Ittehad Mr. Hamad Poonawala announced the launch of the Small Traders Expo in 2020, thanking the security agencies for establishing peace in the city.

He said that the Police and Rangers have gave their lives to end serious crimes like unrest, extortion, kidnapping for ransom, murder etc. in Karachi and their exhaustive efforts and efforts of the business community, Karachi has now become a peaceful city.

The ceremony took thirty seconds of silence to pay tribute to the brave officers who sacrificed their lives for the peace of Karachi.

Special program guest Governor Sindh Mr. Imran Ismail, Chairman of the Business Group Siraj Qasim Teli, Additional IG Ghulam Nabi Memon and Additional IG Sindh Aftab Pathan presented the souvenirs while the top police officers SSPs, SHOs were presented shields of their contribution.
