PM to launch ‘Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship program’ today

Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch Ehsaas undergraduate Scholarship program today.

In a tweet on Monday, the Prime Minister said it is the largest ever need based undergraduate program in the history of Pakistan.

He said under this program, two hundred thousand scholarships will be awarded over the next four years.

He said fifty percent of these scholarships will go to women to promote human capital development under the umbrella of Ehsaas program.

In her tweet, Special Assistant on Social Protection & Poverty Alleviation Sania Nishtar said the PTI government is committed to promoting financial access to education and offers an equal opportunity to women.
